Shipping Rates:

Shipping rates are as follows
Auckland $12
North Island Urban $15
North Island Rural Delivery $21
South Island Urban $26
South Island Rural $32.

If there are any problems with shipping to your address or your order is more bulky than usual we will contact you directly to discuss shipping options.

Rural deliveries cost slightly more and can take a little bit more time to arrive. Please select the correct shipping for your area to avoid any delays to your order. If you select incorrectly we will get in touch to organize payment for the price difference. 

We apologise but we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.

All parcels are sent as ‘Signature Required’. If you permit the courier to leave the parcel without a signature, please add a note to your order.

Please refer to tracking details which are sent to you by email at the time of shipping, for updates. Sometimes, deliveries can be delayed through no fault of our own (due to shipping hold-ups or other unforeseen circumstances) so please note we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date.

We currently only ship within New Zealand, but to our lovely overseas clients, please sign up to our emailing list and we will keep you in the know for when we open up worldwide shipping.
